• The same design on both sides appears mirrored on the reverse. If your artwork contains readable text, choose different designs on each side and provide clearly named front and back files or layers.
• Put translucent or gradient areas on a separate, clearly named layer and describe the effect you want. White ink areas are opaque; very pale translucent colors may appear faint.
• Keep white lines wider than 0.5 mm and colored lines wider than 0.3 mm. Very thin white borders can become less visible near the cut edge.
• For an edge-to-edge printed design, include 0.5 mm of extra background artwork beyond the intended cutline and state that you want a borderless finish.
• Peel off any protective film before judging clarity. Epoxy-coated surfaces do not have a removable protective film.

• Send PNG, PSD, PDF or AI files. A transparent PNG or a layered PSD is best for custom shapes. Keep editable layers when you need different front, back or translucent effects.
• Prepare artwork at 300 DPI at the finished print size, with at least 1,000 pixels on the longest side. Enlarging a small image does not add detail.
• Use CMYK for PSD, PDF or AI files when available. Transparent PNG files can remain in RGB; we will prepare them for printing. Screen colors and printed colors can differ.
• Use the artwork upload field for supported files. For several designs, collect your named files in one ZIP. If the uploader does not accept your file type or ZIP, email it after checkout with your order number.

Artwork is optional at checkout. Production starts only after we have usable artwork and, where a proof is provided, your approval.

The example ZIP contains two original transparent PNG samples, a quantity allocation CSV and preparation notes. Replace the samples with your own artwork.

Group designs with the same size, printing style and finish. Use separate cart items for different specifications. Make the design quantities add up to the quantity ordered for that item.

Name each file with its design, quantity and accessory code. For example: Leaf_10_#B3.png and Orbit_20_#B3.png. Replace B3 with your selected accessory code.

If designs need different accessories, list the code for each design and confirm any accessory charges with us. A filename does not change the accessory selected in your order.

For files sent later, include your order number and identify the corresponding cart item, size, finish, design quantities and accessory codes.

1. 1. Artwork & proofFor orders of 6 or more pieces, our artwork team emails a digital proof within 2–5 business days after payment and receipt of usable artwork. We begin production after you approve the proof.
2. 2. ProductionTypical production takes 5–7 business days after proof approval. For small orders without a requested proof, it starts when payment and usable artwork are received. Proof preparation, revisions, approval waiting time and shipping are additional.
3. 3. ShippingAfter dispatch, transit time depends on your destination and selected shipping service. Use the estimate shown for your address at checkout.

Check the size, front and back artwork, cutline, hole placement, quantity and accessories. Reply to the proof email with your approval or requested corrections.

For 1–5 pieces, request a proof by email before production if you need one. Tell us about special hole positions, text or other design requirements when sending your files.

Orders containing different products ship when the item with the longest production time is ready. For an event deadline, request a quote before ordering so we can check feasibility.

US transit estimates after dispatch: Fast shipping 7 business days, taxes not included; tax-included shipping 10–15 business days. Production is additional. Select an explicitly tax-included service or confirm it in your written quotation. For other destinations, review the shipping policy and checkout options. Customs, holidays and carrier delays may affect arrival.

DDP for eligible services

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available on eligible shipping services to the United States, European Union, United Kingdom and Mexico. Applicable import duties and taxes are included only when the selected service is explicitly marked DDP at checkout or confirmed as DDP in our written quote. Other shipping services may require import charges on delivery. Check the shipping service before placing your order.

Contact us within 60 days of delivery. We respond within 24 hours. Send your order number, affected designs and quantities, and clear photos or videos.

Covered order issues

• Items damaged in transit.
• An incorrect product or component compared with your order.
• Material, size or production that does not match the order and approved artwork; non-user-caused breakage, cracking or adhesive failure within 60 days.

How to request help

Email your order number, a short description and clear photos or videos. Include the affected design and quantity so we can match the issue to your order.

For a confirmed covered issue, choose a free remake or replacement of the affected items with free delivery, a refund for the affected items, or a coupon whose value and terms you accept. Please wait for our instructions before returning products.

Made-to-order items produced to your specifications are not eligible for a refund or exchange because of errors in your submitted design or a change in expectations. See the full policy for eligibility and exclusions.

Changes and cancellations

Request cancellation before production begins, without a cancellation fee. For an accepted cancellation, we initiate the refund within one business day. After production begins, change-of-mind cancellation is unavailable. After proof approval, changes depend on production progress; any extra charge requires your agreement.

Delayed, lost or incorrect deliveries

Contact us if your delivery window has passed. For a confirmed delay attributable to us or our shipping service, we offer a coupon or an appropriate refund for the affected part of the order. For a confirmed lost or stolen shipment, or delivery to the wrong address caused by us or the carrier, we arrange a free remake or replacement with free delivery. Carrier-caused returns are redelivered without an additional shipping charge.

Incorrect or incomplete customer addresses, inability to contact the recipient, and refused deliveries may involve additional redelivery costs. We explain any costs before proceeding.

Can I order before my artwork is ready?

Yes. Complete checkout and email your files with the order number when ready. Production cannot begin until the artwork is usable and any required proof is approved.

What if my file needs changes?

We will contact you if a production issue is found. Send the original high-resolution or layered file when possible, and check the proof carefully before approval.

Can I change the artwork after approval?

Contact us immediately. Cancellation is available before production starts; changes after proof approval depend on production progress and may incur an agreed charge. Once production begins, change-of-mind cancellation is unavailable.

What artwork can I submit?

Submit original artwork or artwork you have permission to reproduce.

What if there is a problem with my order?
