Custom Metal Button Pins
Print your artwork on round metal button pins for artist merchandise, events, clubs and branded gifts. Choose from 37 mm, 44 mm, 50 mm, 58 mm and 75 mm sizes. The minimum order is one piece.

Prepare a round badge design
Keep faces, text and other important details inside the safe area shown in the artwork guide. Extend background artwork into the bleed area so it can wrap around the edge of the badge. The back uses a tinplate backplate with a pin fastening.

Artwork upload is optional when placing your order. You can email your files to lxacrylic@outlook.com after placing your order. Include your order number and identify the design for each item.
Design Guide
Prepare round badge artwork for the selected diameter. Keep important details inside the safe area and extend the background into the bleed area for the wrapped edge. Use the matching size template and confirm the back-pin orientation.
- Use the artwork specifications and templates listed in Product Details or the upload field. File formats, dimensions and production requirements can differ between products.
- Name each file clearly and list the quantity for every design. Use separate cart items when specifications differ, and match each file to the correct item.
- Submit original artwork or artwork you have permission to reproduce.
File Upload
Use the artwork upload field in the product options when one is available. Follow its accepted file types and size limits.
Complete all fields marked as required for the chosen configuration. Whether artwork can be sent after checkout depends on this product’s instructions.
For multiple designs, include the design names, quantities and selected specifications. Label different sides, layers and components so the files can be matched correctly.
