Create an interactive acrylic keychain with your own artwork and small decorative pieces that can be rearranged or replaced. The clear layered construction makes this format suitable for character collections, artist merchandise, events and gifts.

Choose your configuration

• Outer size: 2.5 in (63.5 mm), 3 in (76.2 mm), 3.5 in (88.9 mm) or 4 in (101.6 mm). Contact us for a custom size.
• Printing: use the same design on both sides or different artwork on the front and back.
• Inner acrylic pieces: choose 1–6 pieces in the product options. The option is labelled for 1–3 cm pieces; confirm the component layout with your artwork.

Inner-piece count and order quantity are different. The acrylic-piece option selects the contents of each keychain. Use the separate quantity control to select how many finished keychains to order.

Prepare your artwork

1. Select the outer size, printing configuration and inner-piece count.
2. Label the outer-shell artwork, front and back, and each inner piece separately.
3. Follow the upload field's accepted formats and file-size limits. For several designs, include the quantity for each design.
4. Review the component layout and approve the proof before manufacturing.

For a sample, a configuration not listed or an event deadline, contact us before ordering to confirm the specifications and schedule. Production begins after usable artwork and proof approval; artwork review and shipping time are additional.

How long does production and shipping to the United States take?

Production takes 5–7 business days after you confirm your artwork proof. Shipping is additional: fast shipping has an estimated transit time of 7 business days, with taxes not included; tax-included shipping has an estimated transit time of 10–15 business days. All times are in business days. Transit time does not include production.

Reordering an existing design

Include your previous order number when you send the artwork or order notes. List the designs, quantities and selected options you need this time, and clearly identify any changes. Check the current product options and quantity pricing before checkout; do not assume that a previous order’s price or delivery estimate still applies.
