Return Policy
We make every effort to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the products you receive from LXacrylic.

If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive, you may contact us within 60 days of receipt with a clear and concise description of the issue.

Please do not return any product unless instructed to do so by a member of the LXacrylic team.

We will gladly exchange the following items:

a) Damaged in transit;

b) Product or component incorrectly than specified in the order;

c) Material/size incorrectly than specified or provided in the order.

If custom work has been completed to your specifications, we cannot refund or exchange the item if the issue is due to:

a) Your design;

b) The final result was not as you expected (see "Samples" below).

c) International orders may incur import taxes or fees. The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable fees required to receive the item. Shipments abandoned or rejected by the buyer are not eligible for a refund.

Where is my refund?
We will issue all refunds back to your original form of payment. The time it takes to receive a refund varies by payment method. 1. Credit Card
After a refund is processed, credit card users typically receive their refund within 5 to 15 days, depending on the processing speed of their bank.

Credit Card
When paying with a credit card, refunds can take one to two billing cycles*, depending on the card issuer.
*Credit card billing cycles typically last 28 to 31 days. The length of each cycle can vary, but is approximately one month.

Debit Card:
When paying with a debit card, refunds typically take up to five business days to process, but partial refunds may take up to 30 days depending on your card issuer. If we're unable to transfer the refund to your debit card, we'll transfer it to your PayPal balance.

Bank Account
When paying with a bank account, we automatically transfer the refund to your bank account. Once the refund is issued, it typically takes up to five business days to complete.

Some refunds may take up to thirty days to process, depending on the status of the payment at the time of the refund.

For example, if the payment is still in "Pending" status at the time of the refund, it may take longer, depending on the bank involved.

PayPal Balance
When you pay with your balance, the refund will be applied to your PayPal balance the same day.

PayPal Balance with Credit Card:
When you pay with both your balance and a credit card, the refund will be applied to both your PayPal balance and your credit card. Once the refund is credited, it will be applied to your balance the same day. It may take one to two billing cycles* for the refund to be processed, depending on the card issuer.

Samples
We offer a sampling service where you will need to produce multiple prototypes of your design before final production. This will give you a clearer idea of how the final design will look and avoid disappointment upon receipt of the finished product.

Please do not return any product to us unless instructed to do so by a member of the LXacrylic team. (Return Address: No. 2, Caiyun Road, Futang Town, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province)

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be determined by the courier you choose.

If the product you receive is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not responsible for the resulting shipping costs.

Order Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within 30 days, provided that production has not yet begun. If you submit a cancellation request before the order is shipped (not during production), and the cancellation period is within the website's permitted cancellation period, the order will be successfully canceled.
