Shipping Policy
Free Standard and Economy shipping on orders US$20+
Standard and Economy shipping are free on eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$20 or more after applicable product and order discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. No shipping code is required. Fast shipping remains a paid option.
Availability depends on your destination, products and the services offered for your order. Below US$20, the rates shown at checkout apply. For other currencies, the qualifying threshold is the equivalent of US$20. Review the final shipping options and charges at checkout.
DDP services and import charges
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) applies only to eligible destinations and shipping services explicitly identified as DDP or duties paid at checkout, or confirmed in your written shipping quotation before payment. DDP does not automatically apply to every order, country or carrier.
For a confirmed DDP service, LXacrylic arranges payment of the applicable import duties and import taxes covered by that service. If a carrier requests payment of those same charges on delivery, contact us with your order number and the payment notice so we can resolve the issue.
If no DDP service is identified or confirmed for your order, applicable import duties, import taxes and customs handling charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Free shipping does not automatically include import charges.

Artwork approval and production
Our products are made to order. Upload usable artwork when ordering, or email it afterwards with your order number and the corresponding products, specifications and quantities.
Production takes 5–7 business days after you confirm your artwork proof. Artwork preparation, proof revisions, waiting for approval and shipping transit time are additional.
Other products may have different production times; refer to their product pages. Mixed orders normally dispatch when the item with the longest production time is ready. If you have an event date or delivery deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether your schedule is achievable.
Shipping to the United States
Fast shipping has an estimated transit time of 7 business days after dispatch, with taxes not included. Tax-included shipping has an estimated transit time of 10–15 business days after dispatch. Production and shipping are separate: these transit estimates do not include the 5–7 business days of production after artwork proof confirmation.
Tax-included service must be identified in your selected shipping option or confirmed in your written shipping quotation. Review the options available for your destination at checkout. For an event deadline, contact us before ordering.
Estimated transit times for other destinations and services
- Fast: 3–8 days.
- Standard: 7–14 days, where available.
- Economy: 8–17 days; some destinations use an 8–14 day service.
- Selected free-shipping sticker products: 10–18 days.
These transit estimates exclude artwork preparation and production. Available services depend on your destination and order. Refer to the service and estimate shown at checkout. Carrier delays, customs processing and holidays can affect delivery.
Sticker orders and mixed carts
Selected sticker products have a separate free-shipping service for supported destinations. Other stickers follow the standard shipping rules. A mixed cart may use more than one shipping service; review the final shipping options and charges at checkout.
Tracking and delivery problems
After dispatch, track your shipment using your tracking number at Track Order (https://t.17track.net/en).
Check your delivery address and contact details carefully before ordering. Contact us promptly if you need an address correction or if your shipment is delayed, missing, returned or delivered incorrectly.
